Aloo Gobi Dry Curry

Aloo gobi is an easy and simple Indian side dish made with potatoes and cauliflower. In South India, this is had with a simple rasam or sambar rice and in North India, this is enjoyed with roti. Which ever way you choose to have it, this is a healthy tasty dish! You can make it dry like how I have made here or make it like a gravy too. I made it dry as the dry version goes well with rice.

Notes
1. If needed sprinkle little water.
2. You can add some green peas too.
3. You can add the potatoes without pressure cooking too, it will just take a little longer to cook the dish.
