Bitter gourd Chips | Karela Chips | How to make Crispy Bitter gourd Chips - In this recipe, we will see how to make a crispy tasty and quick evening snacks with bittergourd. These bitter gourd chips are not bitter and even kids will enjoy them.

Method
1. Slice the bittergourd into thin slices. You can remove the seeds if you want.
2. Then add the masalas, turmeric powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, fennel powder, curd, lemon juice, salt. 
3, Mix everything together.
4. Then add the rice flour, corn flour and besan and sprinkle little water and mix everything well together.
5. Heat oil to deep fry and fry the bittergourd till it's golden brown.

Notes
1. You can use a slicer to cut the bittergourd into thin slices, I made slightly thicker slices using knife.
2. If you feel the seeds are bitter, you can remove it, I left it as it is.
