No Oil Chicken Fry in Air Fryer - If you have an air fryer, this is a quick and easy and healthy way to make chicken fry.
Ingredients
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Curd - 1 tsp
- Lime juice - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Chicken - 250 gms

Method
1. Slit the chicken randomly for the masala to soak in.
2. Add all the masala in a bowl, add the curd and lime juice and salt. Add little water and make a paste.
3. Coat the chicken with the masala and marinate the chicken for atleast 1 hour.
4. Grease the air fryer basket with little oil and place the chicken in the basket.
5. Cook at 180 degrees C for 10 mins. After 10 mins, open the basket and coat the chicken with little oil (optional). Flip the chicken pieces.
5. Close the basket and cook for another 4-5 mins.
6. Remove and enjoy!
Notes
1. I used about 1 tsp oil to coat the chicken, this is optional. Even without this oil, the chicken will be perfectly cooked.
