Nutella Ice Cream

Another tasty and easy ice cream is this nutella ice cream. I made this many months ago for my daughter's school friend. It was farewell time and I wanted to make her a box of ice cream since she loves to eat my ice creams! This is a simple and delicious ice cream. You can add as much or as little nutella as you wish.

I have lots of ice cream recipes here, the base is the same for all the ice creams but I keep changing the add ons/fill ins to make it interesting. You can try your own flavor too.

Method
1. Add the vanilla to the thawed cream and beat until stiff peaks.
2. Add the fresh cream and beat again for 2 minutes.

3. Add the nutella and beat again until it's well mixed.
4. Add the condensed milk and beat again.

5. Transfer to an air tight box and cling wrap and freeze for 8 hours.
6. Enjoy!

Notes
1. Adjust the condensed milk depending on the amount of nutella you use. Nutella is already sweetened so you don't need a lot of condensed milk.
2. You can add anywhere between 1/2 to 2/3 cup of nutella. Adding too much nutella will not allow the ice cream to set very well. It will remain in a mousse like consistency.
3. If using dairy whipping cream, use 2 cups of cream and increase the condensed milk (adjust sweetness to taste). I have used non dairy whipping cream which is pre sweetened.

Until next time,
