We love flavored yogurt. Every time we go grocery shopping, this is one of the first items we pick and this is the first that gets over too. Strawberry is my husband's favorite and I prefer Mango. Yogurt flavored with a fruit is absolutely delicious. When I came across a recipe for flavored yogurt, I was thrilled! Who wants to buy store bought stuff when you can make such tasty ones at home! And it's super easy to make!
Adding sugar is optional and purely your choice, you can add honey too. I added it to make it more flavorful and my berries were not too sweet so I was forced to add.
Using hung curd is preferred for this recipe. That will give you a really thick end product. Lazy me, did not use hung curd, I just used normal yogurt and my end product was not so thick. I simply used thick homemade curd. Check notes on hung curd.

Notes
1. For hung curd, take curd in a cloth, hang it for a couple of hours and allow all the excess water to drip off, giving a thick curd. If you have a runny curd then the froyo will have crystals and will not be creamy.2. You can use nuts or chocolate chips to garnish.
3. If your strawberries are very tart then skip the lemon juice.
