Avocado Milkshake | Butter Fruit Milkshake

My husband bought some avocados and the first thing I thought of making was this milkshake! It turned out so creamy and yum that even my super fussy kids had some!
Avocado is also called as butter fruit and it is a very popular fruit loaded with goodness. It contains about 20 different vitamins and minerals and full of fibre. Avocado also reduces bad cholesterol and increases good cholesterol!
One of the most interesting info about avocado is that, it can be used in place of butter in bakes! I'm yet to try it out but it sounds very interesting!

Notes
1. Check if the fruit is soft and ripe before cutting it.
2. Some avocado skin is green, some are black. The inside of the fruit is greenish or yellowish in color.
3. Add more sugar if needed.
4. Ice cream is not needed since the fruit is already creamy.
5. Add more water or milk if you want to dilute the milkshake more.

Until next time,
